1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern the purchase of web development services from inncode studio ("we", "us") through inncode.studio. By purchasing a service or submitting the contact form, you agree to these terms.
2. Legal information
inncode studio is the trading name of Giovanni Innamorato, a sole proprietor (freelancer) operating under Italian law. VAT number (P.IVA): 08164840723. Tax code (Codice Fiscale): NNMGNN86S01C352Q. Based in Bari, Italy. Everywhere else in these terms, "we"/"us"/"inncode studio" refers to this same contracting party.
3. Services
We provide custom web development services built with React and Next.js, including landing pages, multi-page sites, ecommerce shops, WordPress Gutenberg blocks, WordPress-to-Next.js migrations, performance optimization and ongoing maintenance, as described on each service page.
4. Payment
Unless stated otherwise, services are paid 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, via Stripe. Speed-up audits are paid in full upfront. Maintenance plans are billed monthly via Stripe subscription and can be cancelled at any time.
5. Delivery and delays
Delivery timelines are stated in business days on each service page and confirmed after the brief form is submitted. If we miss an agreed deadline, we refund 10% of the total price per business day of delay.
6. Revisions
Every service includes one round of revisions before final delivery. Additional revisions beyond this round may be quoted separately or covered under a maintenance plan.
7. Refunds
The final balance is only due upon your approval of the delivered work. If we are unable to deliver a result you are satisfied with, the deposit is refunded. Deposits for completed and approved work are non-refundable.
8. Intellectual property
Upon final payment, full ownership of the delivered source code is transferred to you. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, UI kits) remain subject to their original licenses.
9. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the delivered website, including but not limited to loss of revenue or data, except where required by applicable law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
